When I trained in Cicero Costha from Valparaiso, I met Raul Valencia, who has his academy in Viña del Mar. So, I went one evening to his class with my friend, Francisca from Viña del Mar.
It was a Nogi class, where we did a lot of nice leglock techniques before to roll.
